The Institute’s mission is grounded in the educational principles of the Assumption, which are applied to the context of daily life where learning and growth take place:
The Assumption has been international from its very beginnings and is now present on every continent. The sisters bear witness to the richness that comes from engaging with and learning from cultures different from our own, as well as the strengthened sense of identity that arises from this exchange.
As a Catholic school, and in keeping with the teachings of the Gospel, we strive to see people of every ethnicity and nation as brothers and sisters in humanity, united by Jesus into one people of salvation.
Today, the English language serves as a key avenue for communication in the worlds of culture and work. Equally important are opportunities for connection with other peoples and cultures through study abroad programs and cultural exchanges.
This is why we are committed to being an international bilingual school. We emphasize the term international—aiming to cultivate students who are not only proud to be Italian and aware of their rich cultural heritage but also open to sharing and learning with others from around the world.

For years, it has organized initiatives aimed at supporting the School in its ongoing development, particularly in terms of infrastructure: the portable computer lab and the synthetic grass football field are just a few of the latest projects funded.
The main events include the start-of-year barbecue with the traditional bingo game, gatherings during the Christmas and Easter Masses, and the grand Carnival lottery.
